Refund Policy

At Oakwell, we are confident in the quality and effectiveness of our products. We offer two levels of purchase protection so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

30-Day Standard Return

Changed your mind? No problem. If your product is unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Requirements:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery date
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • You must provide your order number

120-Day Shielded Guarantee

We believe real relief takes consistent use. That is why we go well beyond a standard return policy. If you use your Oakwell device every day for at least 90 days and do not feel measurable relief, we will refund every cent you paid — and you keep the product. No return shipping, no restocking fee, no questions about condition, because we expect you to have used it.

To qualify, please provide all of the following:

  • Your order number and the email address associated with the purchase
  • Usage log — a short written summary covering: the date you started using the device, how many days per week you used it, the average duration per session, and any notes your physician shared about your condition during the period
  • Self-reported relief assessment — a brief description of your pain or mobility level before starting (a 1-to-10 scale is helpful) and how you are feeling after at least 90 consistent days. If you tracked with a journal or app, please share the highlights
  • One photo of the device in use — confirms you received and tried the product. A single image is enough; we do not need sensitive medical imagery

Our care team reviews each claim individually and may request clarification. Claims that lack the documentation above, or that describe usage inconsistent with 90+ days of daily wear, will not be approved under this guarantee.

Claims submitted within the first 30 days of delivery do not qualify for the Shielded Guarantee (the standard 30-day return policy applies instead).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Requests made after 120 days from delivery
  • Products purchased during final sale promotions (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Satisfaction guarantee claims without proof of consistent use

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@oakwellofficial.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number along with the relevant documentation described above. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

For standard 30-day returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For 120-day Shielded Guarantee claims, no product return is required — the device is yours to keep.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
