Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@oakwellofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided return label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for a standard 30-day return:
- Used or installed products (see our 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee instead)
- Items returned after the 30-day window without guarantee eligibility
- Items without original packaging
Already wearing your Oakwell device?
Our standard return policy covers unopened products within 30 days. If you have been using the device daily and are not feeling measurable relief, you qualify for our 120-Day Shielded Guarantee — a full refund for customers who committed to the device for at least 90 days. You keep the product. The risk is ours, not yours.
